i was just looking at a poster of an American player of a few years back at my local indoor field and i noticed what he was wearing. he had blackout Manias. they looked like the old Predator Pulse Blackouts. anyone heard of blackout Manias? cause i certainly haven't
was the blackout mania all black? because before the 2002 worldcup players wore those before manias were released and then they did it again in 04 before pulses were released

They were only released in the United States, as far as I know.

Are the straight vamps in front of the tonge white? Or just light gray? Or my eyes?
smithxi
Jan 1 2007, 09:34 PM
what are vamps?
ADIKeeper
Jan 1 2007, 11:14 PM
They are a really dark gray in these player issues, but the production model is all black.
Vamps are the part of the boot that makes most contact with the ball (in other words, the upper). In this case, the vamps are referred to as the Predator elements on the upper.

LOOKY looky what I found. I've been looking forever. Does anyone know how regular F50s fit as compared to tunits or f50+? They seem like they'd be narrow so a half size bigger would be a US7 for me...which they have!! YAY!!
Link to Silver/Black F50In the adidas factory they have lots of crazy colourways but only in F30 they had white/red and black silver like the previously released colourway but the other way round.

Yeh stuff like that, but they were F10 and F30. Not F20 the factory ells lots of samples that were never released so you can find really rare stuff there.

HEY,
I already posted this in the my boot collection
but I had nothing else to do....
my absolutes broke (black/red/white ones)
During a match I started noticing that my absolutes where cracking ???
So after the match I inspected them and the sole plate had broken in half
Click to view attachment Click to view attachmentIt's not totally clear but let me tell you IT WAS KAPUT
I had them since januari and normally boots don't live for much more then a year
but I hadn't played all my matches and practices on them so I sended them back
to justsocca.com. They said imediatly that I could get new ones or a refund and
I decided to get the absolutes (power....) red/white
so that's my war story
bye bye

Jan 3 2007, 02:05 PM
it really depends on how firm the ground is....... i used sg all the time on the on extremely nice pitches exspecially in the mornings but if you used them on regular pitches that arent so nice it doesnt feel so great

With the stud layout, there shouldn't be any problems really, and will be a lot better than a traditional 6-stud SG configuration!

Anytime...and if you live in a wet place, dont get climacool, they absorb soo much water, and I wouldn't go for the leather tunit because its calf skin not kangaroo and its not super soft. I'll think of something else soon, so if you want I'll PM or something.
