I wear size 13uk boots (last size Adidas makes lucky for me) so it makes it hard to find boots. I think the only things made in my size are Copas, Nike Air Legends, and some of the Predators. Tunits are hard to find in that size and maybe I could find Vapors.

If you buy on Ebay and the seller has a big track record and is in a European or Anglophone country they are very likely not to be fakes. How do you fake a Predator Mania boot-- pretty damn hard to do.

I've heard March mentioned but I managed to buy a pair of 10.5UK off a German shopping site called Yatego.

Checked it out and it seems very respectable and genuine....got mine for 180EUR including delivery to Ireland...should be here in 5 to 10 days...gonna look sweeeeeeet!

And to SPQR-- if you insist on the Absolutes they are fine boots and blue and white is a nice color but overall I think you'll prefer the Manias or something else like a Vapor. I'm not the biggest fan of the new PowerPulse boots but then again I'm a slow adapter. I will probably love them by the time they come out with the next model series But do not cheap out and get Absolions. I have the A3 trainers and the leather/plastic feels cheap. Then again they were about $100 and obviously not kangaroo leather like the Absolutes. And if you get an Absolado or whatever the one that is even cheaper than that you are banned from the forum for not being a real soccer player.

WTF. Well Pele grew up playing with a ball made up of knotted rags and would probably be glad to have gotten a pair of Absolados from someone. But they honestly are a shoddy, beginner boot.

Thanks GRun for the info. Took a look at a couple of the videos and they looked pretty cool. They look a bit glossier and different than the base Air Legends. The toe area seems higher up and more rounded out. They modified as they said for a larger sweet spot area. I found some on a US site for $135.00. http://store.centrumsport.com/fshnitiro10f.html

hey i got the f50.7 for xmas n ive herd alot of people sayin that the studs can come lose very quickly can anyone give me any advice on this n is it true?

Just be careful and make sure that your studs are in the whole way. The wayI do it is tighten as much as I can with my hands, then use the key until it starts getting hard to turn. Hope that helps!! By the way, which colorway did you get? Post pics soon!! And welcome to Soccerpulse!

Yep its the exact same pic, maybe they just changed the File type to JPEG or GIFF for the bottom pic that's why the colour went lighter, they used the same pic obviously just to give you an idea of what the boot looks like, even if they took a pic of the real WF it still wouldn't give people the idea of how they'll actually fit on they're foot.

Yeah it was tongue in cheek but since I like boots a lot and need good ones I like to get ones with a little more features and performance than the base ones. Just a thought.

^^^the performance on higher end boots is not a very big significant difference. The predator elements are useless. A lot of people dont even use the power pulse insoles. And K-leather gives a better touch but not significantly where ure not a football player if u dont hav k-leather

Feel free to play with cheap cleats. Sure they work and the power pulse won't make a HUGE difference nor the kangaroo leather but if you play a lot I find that regular boots are rough on the feet and hurt more. I like the comfort and moulding to the foot of the kangaroo leather. I also want something of greater quality and that will last longer. Regular boots dont do it for me. Additionally buying cleats is also about technology and features that they offer.

The point is most cleats work and do their job. Some do it better than others. Your average adult amateur who plays maybe once or twice a week in the park with some friends may not need great boots but someone playing for a college, pro, or club team with a strong technique, need for touch and an extra edge will benefit from better boots. Its kind of dumb to argue about this stuff though since its common sense and pretty obvious. I prefer talking about new boots and technology like the forum is for.

Nobody cares, it all comes down to whether you want to pay £80 more for a boot that will last a month longer and be a tiny bit more comfortable. If the high end and low end boots looked the same I'd get low-end.
On the white tunits I think they are the synthetic leather that is used on the supremacies.
