Both are legit, not sure when they will be out though. The white/black/red are the Champions League edition.
iNike, find out what he wants and then we'll see what you should probably pay. Are they white/gold or black/white/red? I'd say $100 and see what his reaction is though.

I found pics of next colour beckham absolute's on ebay(blue/silver/red),
anyway on the ab's on ebay there is a lion sort of pattern kinda like the Dragon pulses. Some of you have seen the pictures before but they did not have the lion patterns on them. These will probably be Beckhams world cup boot as the lions stand for the three lions on englands badge.
Just go to shoebacca.com and visit thier ebay store, go on the cleats section and type in predator, they should be on the second page.

btw just go on cleats and make highest prices first then ya have all new predators on 1st page :-)

I just found these on the German Ebay and they seem to be the climacool Adidas boots that are going to be worn during the World Cup 2006. Here's the translated discription.
"
BREATHE FOOTBALL - the foreign exchange is called!! with this professional shoe! Forget everything which you know! No Beckham Predator of pulses can keep up here!! Here probably the best football shoe of the world comes this concerns NO Markenfälschung original product of Adidas with label! The ClimaCool diaphragm guarantees outstanding aeration of its feet and contributes thus to the increase in output! The air intakes are in the page range, in the front and hind foot as well as in the sole, which so far in the world is unique! The shoe is extremely comfortably and ultralightly very pleasant passport form and absorbed sole also the new Design lets well the soccer player hearts more highly strike to envy factor.
Sorry if this has been posted before or something. Just thought this was very interesting looking and sounding, looks kinda like the chrome vapors. Here's the direct link to it :

Nah they're old prototypes of Climacool boots, from when Climacool was first applied to shoes.
They look Ok and I was close to bidding for a pair before, but decided against it.
Good find though. I've only ever seen them once or twice.

So whats the deal with this whole Messi thing is he gonna continue wearing Nike or is he going to switch to Adidas??
"Nike to Appeal After Court Says Soccer's Messi Can Wear Adidas
March 1 (Bloomberg) -- A Spanish court lifted an injunction that had prevented 18-year-old Barcelona playmaker Lionel Messi from wearing Adidas-Salomon AG soccer shoes.
Nike Inc., which had won the injunction at the same Barcelona court, will appeal the ruling, the world's biggest athletic-shoemaker said in a statement today.
The court made the interim ruling as it considers whether Nike or Adidas has a binding accord with one of soccer's rising stars. Messi last August became the youngest player to represent Argentina since Diego Maradona in 1977.
Nike took legal action after Messi switched to wearing Adidas shoes Feb. 1 after signing an accord with the Herzogenaurach, Germany-based company through 2012. Nike says it already has an endorsement agreement with him.
``We remain confident that the final ruling on this case will uphold the signed contract between Nike and Mr. Messi,'' Nike's statement today said.
Anne Putz, an Adidas spokeswoman, didn't immediately return a phone message seeking comment. Adidas is the world's second- largest sporting-goods maker.
Barcelona, the defending Spanish league champion, tied Messi to a five-year contract with a $182 million get-out clause four days after his 18th birthday in June.
He joined Barcelona after his family left Argentina for Spain five years ago, making his debut in October 2004 and becoming the club's youngest scorer in May last year. "

Hey, Im sure ive either misread this, or you've mistyped it, but it seems to me that you are going for the 'Style and design' or Nike over the 'Durability and quality' of adidas.
Isnt this a bit strange on the priorities of purchasing a football boot. I've always belived in quality before looks, and it seems to me that your getting a boot that looks better, rather then performers better.
I understand it your choice but could you explain to me why? Is looking good on the pitch more important then being able to run for 90 minutes?
Thanks for understanding.

kac1991's review of his 7406's.
Aesthetics – 8/10
If you like a plain simple style then the 7406 are perfect for you. The all black color has a very classic and clean look to them. The mostly white color are more flashy, but may be hard to clean..the minimal stitching just makes the boot look great..it also makes them pretty easy to clean with the less stitching
Value – 10/10
For a boot of his quality to be $110 is great. The leather on them is amazing. Since they are calf leather i thought they wouldnt be that great, but its SOOOOO soft...
Comfort – 9/10
They dont have any of that special tehcnology so they are very comfy. the insole that comes with them is really nice too..the comfort is similar to that of the copas..
Performance – 9/10
The 7406 is just an amazing overall boot. i actually weighed them compared to my original f50's, and the 7406 came out to be lighter.. i figured the calf wouldnt give the simialr touch to the preferred kang. leather, but in fact its exactly the same. i also really like the fact that they put some velcro so the tongue can stay down nicely.. the traxion blades are nice as well..
Durability – 9/10- not fully availible
After about 10-11 indoor/outdoor games in the 7406, theres absolutely NO signs of wear..which is just great..the only thing on them is a small scuff on the white heel part, which doesnt really matter..
Overall – 9/10
Overall Adidas have found a great combination of a classic, comfortable and good looking boot in the 7406. I would not hesitate to buy these boots again as they do a world of good. They fit all feet as the leather stretches and moulds VERY well..once you wear them around the house a little, theyre already broken in..they also come with some leather conditioner..if your not looking for a very flashy but quality boot, the 7406 is for you

I have a question
Are F50+ better than F50+ goals ?
Now U C ME
Mar 3 2006, 03:56 PM
i would think goals are better for a few reasons
1. thats what you want to hear
2. the synthetic is way easier to clean
3. the synthetic is lighter
4. they look better
