Is freddy's brother's name Fro because he is on the roster for US U-17's (90's) team that played in the Nike Friendlies. I heard his brother was good but I think i would have heard if he was on the Youth National teams. Freddy's from Maryland and so is this guy so it must be his brother.

Yeah Fro is Freddy's brother. He made an appearance as a sub for the U-17's in the 1-0 lose to Brazil during the Nike Friendlies, but he did not get called into the Disney Showcase. He is alot taller than Freddy, so the resemblance is alil harder to see, yet brothers either way. Fro plays defnsive positions, I believe he was the defensive mid vs Brazil.

Fro is also playing up too tho.

I stand corrected, Fro is at the Disney Showcase, he just chose to play for his club instead of the U-17s.
He is a pretty solid player, I believe he is 14 now.

What exactly is the disney showcase. It must be an invite tournament with many scouts.

Yeah thats exactly what it is. Its like Dallas Cup except smaller. I believe the French and Spanish national teams have sent U-17s over for it. So it is pretty competitive.

I didn't know that you could put national teams in it though I thought it was just for club.

They have whats called a "super-group", which is where all the really top-class teams get put. Last year it was the USA U-17 National Team, the Canadian U-17 National Team, Andelecht's you'th side, and Benfica's youth team.

It really is a top-notch tournament, college coaches are everywhere at the higher ages.

IM GOING TO THE DALLAS CUP!!!!!!! Look out for a team called Elite Soccer in the Under 14's. We are from the Uk. We have played friendlys against academies such as Arsenal and Blackburn and we drew with both. Id say we are a team to watch. I play in goal and hopefully i will help my team to victory!!

my club team along with two or three guest players are going to the disney international invitational thing this summer

went two seasons ago, there are teams from all around the USA and also from jamaica and costa rica and england and just everywhere

freddy brother is in my age group and he plays for potomac soccer club. they are in maryland, in region one, so if i do and thing like a region one tourny then i might see him. he is sick, but not nearly as good as his brother, cuz he's not going pro next year...

One of the teams from massachusetts that I have played with or against some of the kids on the team, won the whole thing.

i guess fro plays for potomac. i know for sure that he goes to georgetown prep in maryland cuz our school played them and lost 2-0 thanks to some bs calls. i dont really see how this supposed 14-year-old can be captain of their team though when he didnt appear to be the best player.

my friends dad is the headmaster at georgetown prep. he says that yes, indeed freddy's brother plays for them. there have also been a few articles in the washington post about him. i've also seen him at DC United games. he looks very different from freddy, much taller. he also plays defense which is very different from freddy.

Yeah my sister is actually friends with Freddy Adu's bro. A couple years ago my home town hosted the Regionals from region 1 and she chilled with him there. that's also where I met Freddy.
