I've heard a fair bit from a few Chilean friends on Matias Fernandez of Colo-Colo and the Chile U20's and how he is supposedly the next big thing in Chilean football. He went the U20 World Cup in Holland where he scored a few times, I believe.

Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to see him play yet, so I was just wondering for anyone that has seen him, what is he actually like? What's his style of play and what's your personal opinion of him? Also if anyone has any videos of him, then I'd be grateful if you could upload them/post the link here please...

i seen very little of him but he looks a typical S.American playmaker. Skillful, close control and clever but lacks strength but he is defently going to be a player to watch out for in the future

he has gr8 dribbling quality n speed
yeah, hes physically week
with pizarro, valenzuela, gonzalez,mirocevic n him in midfield, they will do gr8!!

can anyone give me da info about canales of chile???
