Can anyone give me a review of the Adidas Leira? I know the shoe is kangaroo leather and nicely priced at around $50 bucks. Hows the touch? Any negatives?

leira?...dont know anything about them..theyre made out of "ultra k leather"..whatever that is,..

treated calf leather is ULT-K <=should have made that clearer

and i haevn't heard much about the Leira, but i've heard about the Averio... is it the same thing?

leira is ultra kangaroo leather. the aviero is taking it over because adidas was selling it for so cheap. i personally think it looks better than the aviero.

aveiro looks alot better i think, at least the old black/blue ones. plus theyre real k-leather

yeah the leiras arent really..quality boots...i mean nothin wrong with that but i think you have them a little confused..

so whats the difference between k leather and ultra-k leather?

and why do you say it's a bad boot? it was originally priced around $80 dollars.

AND if it is k-leather, like all the sites day, or ultra-k leather for that matter, then its a good boot. great boot. potentially.

UTL-K is what they use on F50+'s...so it's not a leather that's used on crappy boots.

I just posted a review of the leira in the review section. And the Leira is not the predecessor of the Aveiro but the scaled down version of it.

as i said in my first post, ultimate k-leather is treated calf leather. it feels and acts like k-leather, even though its really calf leather.

i've seen the leira in stores where i live, and i think its basically the budget boot. its decent in softness, but its not nearly as good as the averio or any of the high end boots

dont get the leiras. on soccercorner and soccer.com, they have both aveiros for between 80 and 70 USD. very cheap. i recommend the blue and black ones, they are much better quality.

dude the leiras were cheap. if they're crap i'll return 'em.

Hey I just got my Adidas Leira 2's in the mail today, and wow I could not be more satisfied with them for Fourty Dollars. The sizing was PERFECT, AND I just got off the phone with Adidas and thankfully enough the shoe is made with an extremely lightweight kangaroo leather. I recommend you guys buy a pair of these shoes, because the Aviero has taken it's place, and they're not being produced any more. www.wegotsoccer.com search for "leira". Sizing is exact. The best boot I've ever had for the price. Yet to play in them, so don't mark my words.
