Well, they were not sure with which one to play.
Thanks for clarifying that, I was confused.

Thanks for the list azulite.

I see that Arelano wasn't convocated. La Volpe might have his reasons for this. Mendez and Davino should get out. Davino makes to many mistakes and that could cost us. Huiqui too. Good to see Rafa Garcia, Lopez and Suarez back. Those are real players. Hope Suarez can handle it.

i am happy for guardado cause mexico never has young players...for soarez cause hes breaking records...for osorno that is pure quality...and even though i hate america...for "el gringo" castro...awesome player...sad for omar ortiz and antonio perez and ochoa...look at jaguares and atlas matches...without them...the teams wouldnt be so good...they are both better than corona...also...why is medina going...cuauhtemos is a million times better...ochoa from jaguares is much better...bofo is better...cacho is better...LANDIN IS AWESOME...esquivel from toluca is better...sometimes lavolpe can be so smart...but some times he can be such an imbecil...
Ese Vato
Mar 26 2006, 07:20 PM
I am not suprised, La Volpe has always been an imbecil. He has the players in front of him to call up and he dosen't. Cuathemoc and Bofo are right there. I agree with you, Corona has been poor in his last games and there are better golies than him, like Vasquez. I think Suarez is okay. For the young players, Guardado is pretty impressive and Landin is okay. I am not against them. Castro is okay too. I agree with you about Medina, but I don't think he is going anyway.

let me start off by showing off

...I'M GOING TO THE GAME....
Back to business. I'ts good bye for Lavolpe after the WC anyway. I thnk that the list for this upcoming game is a bit wishy-washy. It is the game before the final list of convocados emerges and Lavolpe still seems to be experimenting with certain players. I really wanted to see Salcido play but o well.
Lavolpe will most likely use his calssic 3-5-2 or if you prefer 5-3-2. These will most likely be the starters:
Oswaldo Sanchez
SW- Suarez
CB- Masa
CB- Davino
WB- Castro
WB- Pineda
DM- Torrado
CM- Luis Perez
CM- Israel Lopez
ST- Bravo
ST- Kikin

I don't know who would be the better coach between them both, I just hope Mexico does something in the Mundial. They got the players to do that. Now let's how they do it, if they are going to do it at all, which I hope they do.

Yes, Mexico can win the Mundial with the players they got, and they need to work hard for it.

Mex. 1 - 0 Ven.Mexico celebrated a dull win over an equally dull oponent defeating Venezuela 1-0 with a lone Omar Bravo strike.
Ricardo Lavalope now knows he need to utilize his sqaud against The DR Congo on Friday, 12th and try out a few players in new positions.
Lots of attacks on the Venezuela goal was the result of some good work down the flanks yet many of these chances couldn't be converted. Until at least Omar Bravo struck with a 58th minute goal this got the crowd going and hoping for another goal, it never never came.
(my sketchy translation of a Spanish report

)
México: Oswaldo Sánchez, Andrés Guardado (
Gonzalo Pineda, 46), Carlos Salcido, Ricardo Osorio, Claudio Suárez (
Francisco Javier Rodríguez, 60), José Antonio Castro, Gerardo Torrado (

Israel López, 46), Ramón Morales (
Jaime Lozano, 46) y Omar Bravo.
DT Ricardo La Volpe. Venezuela: Renny Vega, Oswaldo Vizcarrondo, Jonay Hernández (

cause they gotta play in a country thats not mexico and its not the opposing team's country...and since mexico is smart...they pick southern USA...cause a lot of mexicans live there to support their team

In the last match Arellano didn't do anything, but give bad passes and not run at all.
Perez dosen't play like he used too.
Bravo, Kikin, Guardado played good. Bravo gave good passes, Kikin scored goals and Guardado gave passese too.
