I think he means balance it on the back of you neck, ie neck stall.

yes i ment neckstall...sorry

let it roll down the back of your head to kind of cushion the momentum of the ball

u should practise neckstalling without juggling 1st den incoporate jugglind doing the neckstall, neckstall is easy i think , u hsould get it in a day.

yeah not that hard, theres not much to it. Also keep your elbows up, it helps keeping the ball into right position...

the first time i did a neckstall was when i was like 9 ....

this is how i did it: lay down on the bed, then put the ball on your neck.... you need to find the key point where to have the ball....
its very easy...
after that you should try doing it standing up .... then throwing it into the air with your hands , close to your head .... and so on....
