I wore my Vapor III's for the second time yesterday and after 20 minutes i had to take my boots off because my hell was bleeding like crazy, I know they give you blsters but heck. I was wearing thick footie sock but it went right through my skin. I can hardly walk, I will try them again but if pain keeps coming I will send the back to Nike.

it always depends on the form of you foot... i think to take a shower in vaps helps a lot, but im not sure, i dont own any! or you try to tape the areas where you get blisters and play sometimes until they mold.

Vapors usually do that Only if the size is wrong, so they are either too small or too big...but most likely too big.
Its because of the rubbing that takes place when you run...it may seem tight w/ no rubbing but there actually is. so check your size.

If they started bleeding like crazy, maybe vapors aren't for you.

Yeah. The Vapor IIIs have a pretty firm heel. So, if your foot doesn't fit in well, it's not gonna be good.

That or invest in some athletic tape and tape the back of your heel untill the boots break in a bit more.

you could also buy one of the stretch things that you put in dress shoes... i took a pair of my dads and did it with my pulses for a couple of weeks and they were perfect.

Or lube it up - ie put vaseling round the heel of the boot - thats what i always do.

your sizing is incorrect. wash them and try to return them if you dont have hepatitis or anything like that.
