IM GETTING SO FRUSTURATED! I try to do tricks, but i cant because I cant juggle without the ball going high or making it bounce around. I cant keep it still and low. When i try it just hits my toes and gets alot of spin on it and just hits my shins and messes me up... HELP ME!

this mite sound cliched, but the key is to really just relax, dont be too intense especially at the novice stage because then the ball will just go everywhere off ur shins n everything. maybe put some samba sounds on and just relax, whilst remaining highly focussed. i guarantee if you practise 1 hour a day for a week you'll be getting the rhythm by the end of the week, so if u put the time into it theres no question it will come. and then after that u can move to atw's! you'll find by having your feet more horizontal rather than tilting vertically up will eventually get you out of the habit of it spinning up and hitting u in the shins like u said. also to prevent this, make sure your not juggling too close to your body, extend ur legs out a bit.

Well when i watch videos i see people juggling close to them so i thought thats how i should juggle. And i dont know if i should be tilting my foot with an angle..but then it hits my shins nad i get frusturated and really made and just dont want to juggle anymore cuz it always happens..then i see people juggling without putting thier foot down so i try that and i hit it up to high or it goes everwhere..I dont have SAMBA and i always practice everyday for a long time but its not the juggling like i want to do. Then when i try to juggle the way so that i can do tricks or watever i mess up and cant control it or do it and i just get so frusturated and mad that i just punt the ball and go inside and dont play for the rest of the day or something.

tru that, just try your best to relax, i dont think you should try any tricks until you become very good at controlling the ball, and can do at least 500 juggles every time you try or else tricks will be very hard to do.

When you mean do tricks do you mean around the world??? which is when your foot goes around the ball, while its in the air....becuase if thats what your trying to do by juggling the trick is not to put the ball high so you have space to put your foot aorund it. the trick is to flick it on the side of your foot then do the turn.

It doesn't really matter much imo, I can do plenty of tricks most people can't and I can't juggle more than like 15-20 times max. People who can juggle can do it mostly from constant repetition.

If you want to be able to juggle just keep practicing, the start is very frustrating but it gets easier.
