I was chatting to a friend of mine (who has contacts at the club) at the Arsenal reserve game on Monday and he had a chat with Steve Rowly earlier in the day. He asked Steve which of the U16's kids Arsenal had signed for next year and Steve said he was very very excited by a young Spainish kid who would be joining next year. Didn't give the kid's name. May or May not be him

i can see why fans might be annoyed at the prospect of signing yet another boy but as we would only have to shell out compensation money if barcelona take it to court i think he is worth a spot in our squad. I cant imagine it would be any more than cesc's 1mil (which is the most ive ever heard being payed as compensation for a 16 y o). He wont be our answer to success for next season or prob even the season after nxt so we definately need more experience signings to bolster the midfield this summer. Even from that small video its evident that he is capable of big things if he keeps on progressing, fingers crossed we'll get him!

No one ever said Cheyrou was the new Zidane by the way. Houllier said he looked (his face) like Zidane and the newspapers twisted it to say that Houllier thought he was the new Zidane.

As for Pongolle being the new Henry, I've never heard that myself. He'll be a good player though but nowhere as good as henry. Henry is something else and it'll be one scary Barcelona team next season
