Both the home and away shirt are officially out. The home shirt since Noverber 05 and the away shirt since February.
Try Subside, Kitbag, Soccer-Spain, MM Sports, Soccer Plus as they all have them and ship worldwide

It isn't available in long sleeve. Adidas only make certain national team shirts in long sleeve and Spain isn't one of them.

I got the red #17 with Joaquin on the back. You can find them pretty much anywhere though.
