ok me and a bunch of friends are starting a futsal league, where well meet at our schools basketball cour every week to play some futsal. we'd like ot get a propper futsal ball, but we dont know much about them. can anyone reccomend one?

i really like the looks of this one, but i dont know if its good?

wed liek to keep the price under 30$ that would keep from us having to pitch in too much money (wer a bunch of high school kids without jobs). the bll has to be durable because well be using it on a blacktop basketball court week after week.

the rest doesnt really belong in "the kit bag", but i figured it was easiest to make it all one topic:

anyone have any other pointers on how to set up the league? were shooting for about 24 kids, with 4 to a team? no keepers...how abotu goals? should we just throw some bakcpacks down? grabs some trash cans? invest in pugs? steal some shopping carts?

any suggestions with anything u know about futsal are appreciated

My friend got a futsal ball that looked like the color of the one You're looking at but it was a replica of the world cup ball. You should look for it online, it was sexy.

ive seen a futsal ball made by Nike in the design of their t90 balls. it is slightly smaller to regular balls, can stand a bit more rough surfaces and doesnt bounce like regular balls. i guess that why its made for futsal (sorry i never played before so wouldnt know)

my friend got it for christmas for about 30 dollars australian, which over here is the same price as the cheap version of the t90 balls.

i've been told that futsal balls are smaller and bounce less than regular footballs. if its just a bunch of freinds messing about then why not just het sume bags and place then down if everyone agrees with this being fair shrug03.gif

I havn't used that ball but I play futsal on a club team, and one of our balls is scratched up from playing outdoors, so I bought a crappy size 4 orange Brine ball that I play outdoor with, and it doesn't have a scratch yet! smile.gif

Actually, our team is sick with futsal in the air.

Anyway, just get a cheap ball, they usually outlast the expensive ones imo.
