well my club who is ameteur, but high standard at that, we're on an island, is going on a trip...

well better say this, out coaches have been invited to everton blackburn over the years, and they also got a phone call from barca to go out for a week, so we're pretty high standard, the u18's usually go away for 2 days and play 2 games against crap clubs...

but this year, in u18 we are going to play 3 or 4 clubs in scotland, then go down to derby and train with their seniors for a couple of hours then play a friendly against them! like a friendly aginst their u18's or summit, pretty wicked, can't wait, not sure when though but still...

not sure will find out at training on monday or thursday hopefully, umm some club from inverness, not sure who, someone from ayr, and another one or 2, they might be big clubs, but they might not be, haven't heard names. well i heard the the easter holidays, and end of the season (september-ish, august-ish) so i reckon its either easter or the summer holidays, won't be during school time cause the exams etc, but can't wait.

they (i was too young, now i ain't) go/used to go away to play golspie and umm dingwall i think, so its a fair step up

Derby is defo on, not sure when its on, but its definatley on I reckon it will be about end of July/August when Derby go back for Preseason because they said they want to see how we cope training with them.

Also i have been invited to play in the Aberdeen International Cup (something along these lines) by a rival club of ours, don't have to sign for them though (like in the local league). So me and my mate (plays for my club) are going with them to it for a week as its during the break in the season, and that team is where all my mates in my year are.

When is the one in Aberdeen?

16th to the 23rd i think. Is your club going to anything like that? or that?

My team is folding after the next 3 games So I'm on the lookout for a new team and I'm going for a few trials with lower pro and junior teams in the summer Doubt I'll get anything like that, but you never know and its not going to hurt me.

Who do you have trials for so far?

I've got a guy doing some phoning for me as we speak and I'm gonna write to and phone some clubs myself as soon as I've got time But I'm mostly aiming at 2nd and 3rd division clubs, but realistically Junior is my best bet.

My team has been going snce like under 9s or 10s and the mangers just decided to call it a day. SHould have done it last season after going unbeaten in all comps, but we stayed on and have lost 12/13 players

Only noticed your reply the now. when last year u18 team were in u14 (here it goes u14 u16 u18, so if u know what i mean) went unbeaten, their lowest score was 8-0, closly followed my 14-4, highest was 24-0. The strikers scored 140 odd between them last year they were unbeaten too in the league, and the year before in u18, and when the were in u16, and i think it was the same for the year before them and all...
