Knowing how much it hurts to fall when you're a keeper, I'd bet they are.

Personally, I'd pass. They look awful, probably don't work and look awful. The bags will also burst very easily I'd imagine. I also can't find any information on the product or the company on the internet. If I were you, i'd leave it and either get normal goalkeeping shorts or put up with the bruises (which don't really hurt anyway! )

Yeah, you would look like a puff if you get discovered to be the only one in your team/league to use this. Unless the pitch is really hard, it shouldn't be much of a problem, when i was in grade school i played on gravel, always made sure i wore long sleeve shirts even on summers to avoid getting cut by the rocks.

im a keeper..and i would pass..go for something made by sells..they have some nice protective gear

i am a keeper aswell and i wear normal loose jogging-trousers (hope you know what i mean) and it doesnt hurt me really if im falling on the ground so these protections are only worth it if you play on real hard hardground

anyway i would buy some gk trousers if i wanna have "protection" ... you can buy em in any sport shop near you

before i always had scabbed/bruised knees and hips, but then i bought some basic 50 USD adidas long goalkeeper pants from soccer.com and they're great.

no more injurys due to the ground. they're deffinately worth it.

i also had some padded shorts, but they dont work. get some padded goalkeeper pants.

i have adidas, but sells look very well made and durable.

the goalkeeper in my team wears Sells goalkeeper pants and says they're brilliant

IF YOU CAN STILL GET HOLD OF THEM, GET A PAIR OF THE ADIDAS EQUIPMENT PRO GOALKEEPING PANTS. YOU KNOW THE ONES WITH THE STRIPES ALL THE WAY FROM WAIST TO ANKLE. THE PADDING ON THOSE IS EXCELLENT AND THEY ARE A VERY GOOD FIT.
