Looks: 9/10 The Adidas Aveiro III is a great looking leather boot! I think a lot better than the previous one which had too many shiny pieces. It's a no-frills solid and functional design. Superb black & silver colour. Looks modern without being too retro like the 7406. The 3 stripes almost look made out of aluminium and have nice details.

Value: 8/10 It's a very well made, solid boot. But unfortunately the upper is made out of ULT-K Leather which is not the nicest leather available. It would have been great if it was made out of K-leather or Calfleather (like the 7406). Having said that: the ULT-K is excellent & very durable because it's slighty thicker.

Comfort: 10/10 One of the comfortable boots I've ever worn straight out of the box. They feel a bit wider than the Predator Pulse. I have pretty wide feet and they still felt great. The leather stretches nicely too. The way it's made in the heel is also really good with no hard edge that presses against my achillesheel. The sockliner has a adiPRENE piece in the heel which added cushioning without being too soggy like Nike Airzoom.
What I really liked was the way the Aveiro is padded. It's not stuffed with foam like the AZT90III but has little bit more in the kicking area where you need it.

Performance: 10/10 It's an Adidas boot so you know it works! The touch is great, traction too. The tongue has a thick elastic strap like the Pulse. The external heelcounter is what you're used to on the Predator Pulse and adds a lot of stability. However the best thing is that it feels quite lightweight: like a Predator without the extra Powerpulse and rubber bits.

Durability: 9/10 I've worn them for 4 weeks now with two games a week. And they are still in GREAT shape. No splitting, or ripping, and everything is intact.
I was a bit worried that it might have the same problem the Pulse had with a sole coming loose.
I'm not sure but I think adidas put something in the lining because they don't stink that much...

Overall evaluation: 9.5/10 One of the nicest Adidas boots since the Supernova! In terms of comfort it's better than the Predator!! I can definitely recommend for anybody with wider feet. Shame about the leather though...

designez, where did you manage to get those Aveiro's from in SG? I'm definately getting a pair of these over another pair of Pulse SG's.
designez
I ordered them through a friend in Germany... He got them on this website and send them to me.
