ok i didnt really know where to posts this and i figgured the boot room was the best place to put this cuz its abotu boots...mods u can move this or if u really have to close it

ook so jump for my trac team..long and triplel, and i jsut bought new spikes. where i live you cant buy jump specific spikes, so iv been using middle distance spikes as a crappy alternatvie for about a year or so. well now im jumping alot farther, and alot better, and my ankles and knees are feeling it, so i decided i needed a jump spike. since i have a narrow foot, its hard for me to fit shoes. so, i ordered multiple spikes to see which fit me the best.

i got the mizuno triple jumps:IPB Image
see them here

and the nike zoom LJ 3:IPB Image
see them here

anyone have experiences with any of these? im really looking ffor how their gonna fit. ny suggestions to other ones that might be better? long/triple jump tips in general?

Well I sprint and I have the Adidas Adistar Sprint, Nike Zoom Superfly G5 and the Nike Zoom Celar Plus and the nike spikes are definatley wider then the adidas ones. Ive also heard that Mizuno and Asics are very comfy and flexible.

I'm a sprinter so I can't recommend a jumping spike, but I used a pair of New Balance's for a LONG time. I can't say the model but they were AWESOME spikes. Obviously light weight, but extremely comfortable and literally fit like a glove. I'd say you'd be best to go with a brand that you've found comfortable with the spikes you've worn so far, and then try to get your shop to order some so you can officially try them on. If not, order them and send them back tongue.gif.

thats what i did..ordered 4 paairs assuming id be sending 3 back cuz noone locally sells jumping spikes
