I wouldn't worry about it...it happens to me all the time. My all-time favorite boot dream was a bit before a bought my Goals:
In my dream, I owned an Adidas soccer boot store. The store had spiral stairs and as you went up, you picked out which boots you wanted. There were so many different kinds...it was unbelievable. But at the very top of the stairs, in a box, on a pedastool, there they were. The Adidas F50+ Goal! Edititons. I remember just staring at them. The weird thing was was it was my store, so I don't know why I was so amazed at them.
And I few days later, I bought my Goals. Sweet?!?!
See a counselor.

Only joking, we've all had dreams about boots.

haha. That sounds pretty cool. I find it amazing how you can wake up from a dream and not be able to figure out if it actually happened for almost ten minutes. I wish even half the dreams i've had were real, because if they were, i'd have a pretty amazing life! Just got done watching some chick flick (with a chick, don't worry) called Elizabethtown, where the guy's a shoe designer. Thinking about how amazing a job that would be.
Rrrrright...
So Neil, how about those pic, NOW?!?!

May 5 2007, 01:09 PM
Okay, okay. It was my sister, but there was nothing else on and I was alseep on the couch before she started watching it and I didn't feel like moving. Seriously though, how cool would it be to be a shoe designer?
Footfield119
May 5 2007, 02:14 PM
Haha, we believe you. But yes, a shoe designer would be cool.

May 5 2007, 03:00 PM
Haha, yeah it's ok, i'm sure your 'sister' was watching it with you.
You have your pictures blake, now make like a tree and go.
Footfield119
May 5 2007, 03:44 PM
It's LEAVE. Make like a tree and LEAVE. You sound like a darn fool when you say it like that.
^Anybody pick up on the movie?
Red Carbon
May 5 2007, 06:45 PM
No Blake, and let's leave it like that. I really was watching it with my sister. You should be proud of me for admitting that, because it's very embarassing. Considering my dad doesn't really watch TV, and my mom and sister have total control over the remote, i'm subjected to all kinds of horrible chick flick abuse. Funny story actually - I got home from school and was all set to watch the CL quarterfinal, United vs. Roma, and my sister's sitting on the couch watching some terrible show; the Hills or something, and being a total bitch so I slapped her in the face. I know, I know, that sounds terrible, but she's older than me so it's not that bad.
Ayresome
May 5 2007, 06:54 PM
It's still quite bad unless you jokingly tapped her, slapping (a girls tactic) a girl (when you're a lad) is harsh and somewhat quite feminine

I love the Hills. Laguna Beach is better, though. The girls on that show are so hot, its unreal.
Red Carbon
May 5 2007, 07:09 PM
It was a masculine slap

Yeah, they're both pretty full of hot girls! I prefer the Hills because it's mostly just hot girls, while Laguna's full of dudes too. Not to mention the Hills has those guys from Princes of Malibu on it. That show was awesome
Footfield119
May 5 2007, 07:15 PM
Right on! You know what's a good show? The Real World.
Red Carbon
May 5 2007, 07:23 PM
Yeah! What's the southern girl's name? She's freaking steaming!!! I like the episode where the two girls are making-out in the hot tub.
Footfield119
May 5 2007, 07:41 PM
^Dude, thats like every episode. The southern chick is Brooke. But Jenn is hotter.
Red Carbon
May 5 2007, 07:46 PM
It was the first episode, I think. And no, brooke is by far the hotter one. Colie's got a nice body, but her face is... meh.
Footfield119
May 5 2007, 08:00 PM
^Colie is alright. But come on, Brooke's body is gross.
Red Carbon
May 5 2007, 08:19 PM
Okay, I'll agree with you there a bit. She's really whiney too. I much prefer Heidi from the Hills much more than all of them though.

Lol, I occasionally watch Laguna beach on mtv, it's pretty boring, but the girls are pretty fit. I prefer Date my mom, now that's a show. Even then though I do get a bit bored and end up flicking back to sky sports 1, sky sports 2, sky sports 3, or sky sports news.
Red Carbon
May 6 2007, 09:15 AM
Adam, if they get annoying I usually just mute it and put on some sort of footy podcast. Either that, or I dub it over in spanish. Now
that is a funny sight.

I've got a couple ideas for my new screen name. Red Carbon or Curt Carbon. The carbon comes from my two initials (C.O) and my number (2). C02 is actually the scientific formula for Carbon Dioxide, but it wouldn't sound very cool to have dioxide in my name, so I shortened it to just carbon. It's either very cool, or very dorky. Feedback?

May 11 2007, 01:16 AM
Haha, hmm it's not bad, I would go with Red Carbon. Jord's been naughty boy, he doesn't deserve any presents (Check out the Custom Players boot thread to see what a twat he's being).

I agree with all you guys. I'm leaning towards Red Carbon too. I just threw in Curt Carbon to add some variety. Although, with that one I could make a really cool sig with a super-hero with a big C on his chest.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Red Carbon it is!

So everyone knows that JordShutt has posted "authentic" match worn boots on eBay, so I decided to send him an e-mail, pretending I was interested in buying the boots. I'm going to send another one soon telling him off for being a cheap bas****, but I'll do that later.
This is what I wrote...
Hey there,
I noticed the eBay item you posted a week or so ago saying that the Nike's you were selling were zambrotta's! I'm a huge fan of his, but I didn't want to pay so much money for them. You said they were match worn boots, and now you have another pair that is exactly the same and they are his training boots, and they are much cheaper. You used exactly the same pic, but you had a different story for them. I'm a little confused, but I may be interested in purchasing from you if they are authentic.
-*****
And he replied...
please they are 100% authentic gian obvisouly likes to wear the exact same boot that he wears for games.
YES THEY ARE 1000% GENUINE THOUGH AND VERY CHEAP RIGHT NOW
When I email him again I'll maybe post that to see what his reply is. This just makes me pissed..

Red Carbon
May 18 2007, 10:24 AM
What a little bitch. The sad thing is, some poor, gullible idiot will probably buy them, thinking they're actually his real boots. It's hilarious that he refers to Zambrotta by his first name.
