Erm, I'm 17, 18 in July. Why do you ask?

I used to play pro-outh for Airdrie, but the atmosphere was shite, so I left, and started enjoying my football again. That season my team went unbeaten in every competition So it was a good move. Currently playing at U19s in the SYAFL and have no ambitions to go pro, mainly cause I enjoy getting drunk etc

Might be going to Junior football next season though, which is basically semi-pro, but there's some top, top clubs in the Junior leagues in Scotland that could easily make it in the pro leagues, and probably will when we introduce a pyramid league system. But thats a different topic for a different forum.

I also had trials lined up for quite a few SPL clubs back when i was 11/12, but then decided to stop playing in goals, so they got cancelled

i quit baseball and tried soccer in 6th grade dabbled in club for a year quit, started high school and my coach was a major stud and got me into the game way more (i was a basketball player playing soccer at that moment in time and didnt score all year). this year as a sophmore i start varsity at center mid (might as well be defensive because the other guy doesnt play defense) and i have 4 goals (altho 1's a PK and the other was like a freekick from half line that the goalie like fumbled hahaha). we had our first substate game for highschool saturday and technically we were losing 1-2 but then they got a red card and where i live theres a new rule where a team cant have 4 red cards and goto state so we won by forfeit.. our game tomorrow should be easy( we should win) and if we win that we either play a team we shouldve beat or cross town rival we did beat.....AHhhh Carpul tunnel

Just keep your head up. Tell yourself you can't do it doesnt help at all. Laugh it off when your coach yells at you. My first year of travel my coach would practically pull the kids off the field by the arm if they made mistakes. You could always ask him for extra help...

man my coaches were super easy on me last highschool season, cause we had like 15 seniors, and me, a junior, and our stopper, a sophmore, were the only non senior starters, but now in club i missed indiana invadors tryouts, the good club team, and play on a shit ass one and my coach is hard on me cause i am the best on the team and im the same as footfield, lettered since freshman year, and next year will probally be captain, but not for sure cause we are getting a new coach, but i was the only one who lettered in my grade my freshman year, well and sophmore, and well junior also, shit my grade sucks at soccer.

My team lost all 3 games at our State Cup last weekend. Sucks...we were supposed to/could've gotten far into the tournament.

My school beat the Warwickshire County Cup winners 4-0 in a Semi-Final then went on to win the Final 4-1. Eassyy easyyy.

We lost our School league on goal difference though to the team we beat 4-0.

yeah it was pretty crap weather that day. and thats exactly how i remember people too. i could recite the whole beadling and admirals team by their boots. didnt one of your backs have the red/white vapors and some other guy had the white beckham abs. i was wearing the gold/white ronaldinho sg legends. i was playing striker/right outside mid. remember i accidently nailed that one guy in the face with my studs and he was lying there for a couple of minutes... yeah that was me

It sucked. We lost all three: Arsenal, Victory and PFC. We should've beaten all three of them. We had beaten Victory twice before this season. And PFC is just a bunch of dirty wannabes, but hey, they won.

right. our first game we played admirals and it was actually pretty close until they played their national team player (losing 0-2 at half). but it ended like 7-0 or something like that. we beat STM but lost our last game to Century V i think theyre called

Forget baseball! It's funny, today I couldn't stop thinking of SP. Everything kept reminding me of it. We had to do page 119 for homework in religion, I kept wanting to go on it in business tech. and my english teacher talked about forums and blogs for a while. Now... FINALLY, I'm home and I can post instead of doing my piles and piles of homework.

We usually play STM but didn't this year. I always liked playing them, because they were purple, haha.
