Do you stretch thoroughly before and after excersise? Stretching for ages might sound like a bit of a pussy thing to do, but it prevents muscle stiffness. Upper body and leg weights won't improve your cardiovascular fitness, but they will build muscle big time if you do right amount of reps and sets. Yeah dunno jusk ask your parents to drive you down or something, or can you get public transport?




Haha, what were you expecting?

Yeah, all of my friends make fun of me because I stretch alot, but that doesn't bother me; I still do it anyway. I should stretch AFTER more, though. I get hamstring cramps in the car on the way home from games. That sucks. I'm already really flexible, though. How much do you think leg weights will improve my overall speed? I guess I could get public transportation if I went a few miles to catch a bus, haha.

We do a warm down after every match, few width's of the pitch, knees up then heels up etc, then do streches and then ice bath's, never an ache after a match.

I'm gonna go for a username change, but need some help.

2.Kaka: Again for not giving up on his dream after his life threatening accident, after which he was told he could never play football again, we all know how good he is now. Ive always wondered what its like to be in a hospital all night...

i went to a lake, i stepped on the spine of a fish (it was sticking out of the sand in the water) and got it pulled out. saturday i had a fever and my friend who i went to the lake with his dad came to check it out so it was messed up and right now im on a laptop in the hospital, ill be here for a couple days getting antibiotics from and i.v.

It is part of the Tanger outlets. This is the center's site. It also has a Puma outlet but they just had a limited number of v1s. Just make sure you go to that center as Myrtle Beach has another one on the other side of town. The one with adidas is much better. The other one really just has Nike, but they don't have much for soccer, almost all running and basketball.

wow, when i went to myrtle beach last spring i went to the same exact outlets. the puma one when i was there didnt have any football boots but the adidas store had some. nothing all too great. although, they did have some mexican jerseys

When I went they had Pulses,Aveieros.F50s and a few national team jerseys. I think Germany, France, Greece,Nigeria.

Ahh, its good to be back home. On the outlets topic, yeah, youre a retard, Barca. I told you that that's where I went last summer. I got a3 F50+s, F30 IN, and Adihortas there for 60$ total.
Today on the drive home, I begged my parents into stopping at Hagerstown, Maryland at the Prime Outlets (tomorrow is my birthday.) I picked up 3 pairs of shoes; no boots, though. All the high end boots they had were the Premium .6 pack for 200$ and old CL Absolutes for 120$. I almost peed myself when I saw the silver/sun Absol....ions, because I thought they were Absolutes and that is my all time favorite colorway. I also saw the first women's colorway of pulses (with the silver) and the punjab/pool women's Absolutes, which looked amazing. But overall, not the best Adidas store adventure; I was rushed because my family wanted to go home and the store was backwards, nothing was in the order I'm used to. And the clearance section (even though it was "buy one, get 1 half off) had a HORRIBLE selection, but its better than nothing. Good to be home, though...

Happy birthday Legally in UK you have to be 16 to use the equiptment but a gym called Total Fitness has the insurance to let 15 year olds use the equiptment (apart from the free weights), I'm a member of that gym and have been since the start of this month but I never have time to go, revising for GCSEs and currently recovering from my sprained ankle (haha have to play on friday even though I re-sprained it 2 days ago).
