I tried on the vapor 4s today and they are, by far, the best boots ever. They are insanely comfortable for me and really light, they run big now too. And I heard pine green is coming out in july!!! Finally, vapors that will blend with the pitch.

Shiiiit. Why so late? My moms promised me vapor 4s if I pass this year and stay in my school (top 50 high schools in the US, its insanely hard but im there for the soccer team), so I would want them in may...not July! And whats the difference between SL and regular? I think I tried on the SL yellows today and they were without a doubt the best boot I have ever worn.

SLs have a carbon fibre sole, IVs dont. Other than that its just little things that are different

Is it worth the extra 100 bucks? I love my vapor 3s with a passion, and the 4s I tried on today that didnt have any carbon fiber bottom were....in one word, sex. Im sorry, they are just that fucking nice.

I found the grammys to be a joke this year. Kanye's such an a**hole. He actually told them to stop playing the get-off-the-stage music and kept on going. At least he didn't win album of the year. Props to Herbie Hancock; what an amazing artist. Also should be mentioned that Feist's performance was the best of the night. It's funny, they called her a "new" artist, yet I've known about her for about three years, and she's been around way longer than that.

Who gives a fuck about the grammys anyway? The fact that music made almost entirely by computer can even be considered alongside real talented musicians pisses me off. Im not writing off that type of music totally, it has its place, but theres not the same musical-ness involved.

I was raised to Manu Chao's music back in Paris. My best friend's dad has actually worked with him before and they were friends but...this was like 8 years ago.

Manu's latest album is pretty good, but I muuuuch prefer Clandestino, and Proxima Estacion: Esperanza is very good to. You should listen to Mano Negra as well, his old band. Radio Bemba Sound System is just a few of the guys from Mano Negra that re-united recently and toured (saw him here at Tipitina's, amazing night).


And Justice is the next Daft Punk, without a doubt. I hope they play sometime this summer in Paris when I go back.

I'm a huuuge fan of Manu. I came across him last summer when my sister brought me back a ton of cds from France and Switzerland. Proxima Estacion: Esperanza is definitely my favourite album, and I'd have to say my favourite song of his is Welcome to Tijuana.
