we usually dont get too much snow and were getting a new snow storm any week i havent been to a full week of school including delays and holidays for over a month, last week because of a storm we only went three days...we dont have school today and we got an early out yesterday we have school well into june i think

Haha I've had such a mixed week already. Monday was a good day, went to play golf, but the night was shit. I stayed up until 2 in the morning doing 25 pages of Maths coursework that I've had a month to do. Couldn't sleep until 3 and I got woken up at 6 by my mum's alarm. Today, I found out that the deadline for my maths wasn't for today at all. Then tonight I went to a mates' house, drank beer, played poker and listened to good music. Like people said, its not too suprising to drink beer at my age. I know most kids in my school drink very heavily most weeks. I would say we're quite bad because of the alcohol consumption, cannibis use and cigerettes. I wish I lived in France though, they just don't seem to care about legal ages. When I went to France on a skiing trip, this lad went and bought me a crate of beer and vodka . Just last year, I was in Lourdes with my school and I walked into a shop, bought a lighter and two bottles of 40% whiskey - no questions asked - all this and I was like 15 and 5 foot 2.

Wow, thats lax to the days, Im surprised their teen mortality rate isnt so high given their access to booze etc. Here in NZ the authorities are real strict, but teens still drink at parties, mostly thanks to older brothers doing the shopping

when i was 19 i got a keg for 140 and sold alcohol to 17 and 18 yr olds and came back with about 220. I got caught and the cops in the end let me go and keep the money, its that bad with alcohol

Actually, I think its better to let kids drink from a younger age. Not 11 per se, but young enough so that they grow up with alcohol and they're not entirely inexperienced when they turn 18 or whatever and can drink as much as they want. Its funny, here in aus a report came out yesterday about teenage drinking and it was a massive drama, by next week it will have been forgotten.

Good point, but NZ has a pretty high teen suicide and teen driving death rate, and we've had teen murders popping up more often these days and Im fairly sure we can say alcohol wouldve had a factor in all three statistics

We can't really buy it, but through older friends etc. The cops are extremely slack here, it's obvious like everyone is drunk at football games and stuff and nothing happens. I actually know a few people who bring water bottles full of vodka to school to get through thse boring classes.

Im still thinking about it...If i have extra money after my next paycheck Ill hunt online for one. You're right on jordy. Everyone is always thrilled by the mysterious, the unknown. People want what they can't have. It's just part of human nature. This leads to curious teens getting themselves wasted out of their minds, wanted to feel like the +21 crowd. Although I'll have the occasional beer with my friends, I'm not a heavy drinker. I can't risk doing something ridiculous while I'm out of my mind.
