Hey guys
I'm playing for football about a year and a half and i joined a club about 3 months ago ..
I'm 18 and mostly my opponents are between 20 & 40 so its a bit hard sometimes especially physique.
But i'm still on the same level as before i dont get any better ..
I train every day on tricks to surprise my opponent cause i want to outsmart them because i cant handle them physique.
But i cant get any better .. do you guys know how this can be ? Must a take a long rest ? Or should i train even more ?
Well thnx in advance thumbsup.gif

train harder man, pro's still gotta train harder n harder every day to improve. but it isnt exactly the healthiest to think about soccer every minute of the day, so sure have a rest.

Well mostly in weekends i rest after a game .. and in midweeks i train alone .. sometimes 2/3 hours a day ..
But what is best .. to train on 1 special thing (Like speed or 1 trick) or on several things (Speed , Tricks , Shot ) ?

your story = my story, i train everyday 2-3 hours, swim, run and do lots of exercises , and i get better by day, people can train ferever and still not be good, if they don't train the proper way. you have to go to a gym and work your body (add some muscle), also swim and cycle to make your legs stronger. do fartlek traininng and work a lot with the ball so you get used to the touch. just train and remember "to win you have to do better than your best" - stepan gavrilovich.

also i read somewhere on expertfootball or something its better to concentrate on one drill and repeat lot and get the thing down than to do many different things in one day.
