You wouldn't get away with those. They're American Football cleats.
Get some football boots??

In my league they wouldn't even let you play in those things because of the stud on the toe. Don't buy them

I agree, the stud on the toe is bad first off, and also, they're most likely not made for soccer style running and holding up for 90 minutes constantly. Football has a lot (a lot!) of stops and starts.

they might look similiar but are way different.
Would suggest getting yourself a pair of vapor IIIs

I had thought of that myself, because the pitches are similar (i've seen people wear running shoes on the carpet style astro turf i sometimes play on!!). But the stud does look a bit dangerous so i would'nt try it unless i really had to.

if u look at the stud configuration for regular vapors, it is that same as that cleats though.

http://www.shoedeals4u.com/images/shoes/large/306884-104.jpgThey look like they have pins ffs!! Imagine if the guy who stepped on C.Ronaldo's thigh was wearing these... i think he'd be in the hospital!

They're designed for running, not for kicking of a soccer ball.
Get some football cleats! That's what they're made for.
Nike Speed Vapor TD = American Football
Nike Mercurial Vapor III = Football Football

yer! They were going for ridiculous ammounts of money too, anywhere from £90+ and all for an american football shoe...I remember seeing the boots superimposed on Ronaldo (R9) I was tempted to buy a pair but was a bit dubious so did some reasearch and found out they were Americano Fussball Schoe

Not even close man, not even close. Just think if the guy who kicked Robben in the top of the near his neck waas wearing those. Robben would have been seriously injured. If you look at the bottom of the cleat it looks like they could pop a soccer ball.
