hearing all the bad comments about the tunits and seeing ze roberto wearing +F30 imo the F30 sre the better boot, with the regulsr soleplate from the origional f50 and f50+

anyone agree?
Nipples
Just a little note - if this turns into a thread about Ze Roberto warnings will be handed out.
So lets just discuss the topic at hand and be sure to back up your responses and don't just say "F50s cuz they ir man - they cost like more so they hav to b wel beta init" smile.gif

Personally, although I own neither of the boots, if I were forced to choose between the two, I'd choose the f30s. I'd choose these because I am a fan of the Xtrx stud system and I'm fairly wary of the strange system on the Tunits. Had it been a simpler system as on many older boots then it would have been a harder decision. The aesthetics are quite similar although the toebox on the f30s appeals more to me as it seems to be a bit lower and more sculpted whereas the Tunits are incredibly high at the toebox and feel somewhat strange when on the foot.

so am I dude, I have been using it since it featured on my Red Predator Touches of old.

i would go with the f30's......the studs with the f50's are incredibly unreliable.......and since most of us are in school...we have homework and do we really want to spend time configuring the boots? no....im going to get f30's idk about all of you
h o t s p u r
i have f-30's and they are great. much better value for money
Arjen RobbenTorsten Frings
are there any flaws spursboy?
tarsey1989
from what i have heard i think the f30s are better. they are the same upper as the f50s and have better and more reliable soles
davey_h
yeah id go with the f30+, i dont trust the tunit studs either. plus if i had tunits, id only play with fg. switching uppers cost almost as much as buying a new f30+ boot, so if i wanted to switch colors or whatever i could

yeah..i've always had kangaroo leather like right now i have original silver/silver/black f50's and original red/white air legends but i've had both of them for like a year each.......i got my air legends from a friend....but i was wondering what if i dont like the adihex synthetic once i buy these....can somebody give the low down on the adihex synthetic and what it offers...cuz im zoned into these f30's for my next boot...

adihex is one of the nicest synthetics i've felt/seen.

i can't comment on the durability but its very soft and i've found its even soften over time.
tarsey1989
it does seem much better than that of azt and vapors

the laces are a bit thin but other then that there fine thumbsup.gif
Arjen RobbenTorsten Frings
haha thanks....i heard about the trx fg soleplate ripping off does that happen with the f30's or no?

I like the tunit more---I paid $102 and I have three pairs of boots, what's not to like?!?! I'm still completely clueless as to what all the fuss has been with stripped out studs or the mythical, "chassis snapped in half" as I've played a great deal in mine and not had a single problem...although, that velcro did stick a little too much last time...hmm, better send them back to adidas and demand a full refund!
Nanny
F50+ is better, not only because the studs are fantastic, (only dumb people screw them in too tight or do something stupid with them) also they are much more comfortable, i can only say from what i wore in the store and had a kick in the store too, but lets keep that one on the d/l, the F50's are rockin smile.gif P.S Ze Reberto has cool hair wink.gif
Arjen RobbenTorsten Frings
actually from what i tried on in my local boot store......they were just about the same in comfort imo..the only thing i would like is the side velcro on tunit but i can add that banana.gif
utd12
if you look at the SG 30s you'll notice a few cheaper differences as well---aluminum studs compared to the high-enbd TRX magnesium studs and the stud mounts are the clear plastic ones like on the absolado and absolion
Pubes
and you cant remove the SG studs on the f30, which i think is pretty dumb...i guess they wouldnt want to make the boots too good, or they would have to charge more money rolleyes.gif

Studs Removable: yes g.gif

you can still remove them......
ejteK
That's a mistake then, because I know for a fact that you can't remove TRX SG studs...only X-TRX SG studs are removable.
utd12
that and there's no notch in the studs to use the xtrx key to pop them out!

Arjen RobbenTorsten Frings
i dont really care i just wanted to prove something i guess it wasn't there for me to prove...i want the fg version...i dont realy want to deal with the chassis and studs on the tunits and its the same upper so what the heck

hey i agree with you on that. i mean it is a good idea by adidas, but i wouldnt buy them yet until they are fully worked out with minimal problems. the +f30 are good boots, especially for the price. i guess if you want crazy colored boots theyre for you, but i would probably prefer copas because of k leather and the amazing price.

i already have original f50's and air legends that still fit me but are losing their shape but i could still use those if the adihex is not working for me......btw i love my f50'sthey fit so its all good.......and for 80 bucks i think its a steal eyepopping.gif
