which boots would be the best for a an attacking winger/striker

your help would be much appriciated

no boots are specific for one position

however I think as a winger striker I like light boots and would go for Nike Vapors or Puma V1's

however you may prfer a more alround boot like the Predator Absolute or Nike Air Zoom Leg end

all depends on your playing style (well i think so) if you like to run past people get light boots like vapors or v1s, if you rely on playing a long ball/through ball etc. i would get some predators or legends, but you can never go wrong with boots that are comfortable, like preds legends or any nomis/pantofelo d'oro, well pretty much all k-leather boots.

^no dont even say that. go to a shop, try some boots on, and get which ones are most comfortable on YOU..god we have a ton of these topics..

Yeah I have to agree with you on that. Advertising has made people think they need certain boots for a certain position. It doesn't matter what kind of boots you have, it just matters on how they fit and how comfy they are. On some days I wear preds and some days I wear vaps it doesn't matter.

yeah but you surely cant tell me that wearing vapors is the same as wearing boots from the 70s or something. they are designed as lightweight and to have more spring in the sole so you can run slightly faster, to give you an edge.

most of that stuff is mental. i mean do you really think 2-3 ounces makes you faster? if you picked up something in your hand that was 3 ounces, it feels like nothing. nothing cant change the way you play, only mentally.

either way, its a mental advantage if just that.

so if its mental just imagine/pretend that the preds are lighter and you'll be fine!

preds are light though, well my manias are because theyre such a nice fit.

to be honest the weight difference can make a different...the shape of the vapor also is more foot like so it's more you and less boot

More you and less boot? You cant be seriously talking about the plastic/synthetis vapor i have, cause the boot deffinatelly doesn't feel as natural as wearing a k-leather boot! And i was really gonna stop replying to these topics but it just seemed funny somethings that people said and i cant even be bothered copying my post in here cause people are gonna keep asking which boot is going to chip the ball over the keeper better or which boot is gonna run faster for them!

they're lighter and thinner so you should have better feel for the ball

other boots such as legends which are thicker and heavier (not by much) may have a good touch but that is down to the boot and not you (in part)

It's hard to word this without sounding stupid here but I prefer vapors because it feels more me than the boot
