What ever happened to Carlos Llamosa? He used to play for the revs and the national team, and it seems like he just disapeared. He wasn't even in the running to play for the national team this year...what the heck did he like die? I just noticed that he used to be a good player, and now I had forgotten about him for 4 years.

He's an old player and waaay past his prime. I remember watching him play with DC United in the inaugural MLS season, which would also probably explain why he was picked for the Nats: Bruce Arena.

He is on Chivas USA. He has played in 9 games this year and last started against Houston on June 28th. Since Claudio Suarez has returned LLamosa has not started a game. He was on the bench against Houston last weekend (July 8th).

i don't even know why he was around during the last world cup. i guess since we weren't expected to do anything, Bruce was just like aw screw it i'll just pick Llamosa for the hell of it.
