Ho-kay, i've noticed there are a few threads lying around here on Mr Totti, a number reporting a number of controversial incidents, i would like a few Roma fans in particular, to let me know if they would like one giant Francesco Totti thread and i'll merge all the topics into one.

Yeah I think its a good idea to just have one Totti thread, and merge all the existing one's into it. Every now and then you do get and will get people coming and asking dumb questions about him, so maybe its best to have them do it all in one thread. But, I would delete the thread 'Totti Spitting On A Police Officer?'. That has no place in a Roma forum.

Also, I what do you guys think about deleting any threads which are a good few months old and which are basically dead? I think we should so we can clear out the forum a bit and make it cleaner.

I was thinking of doing that, if it meant bringing this down to only 5 or 6 threads than so be it so this forum can be almost rejuvenated. I'm not the biggest Roma fan, but im gonna keep this thread open for a while to allow ye to suggest what ye would like done.I shall now go and rename it while i also create the Totti thread.

Oh and one thing...that Totti spitting on a police officer is a load of crap, but i feel bad deleting it as it has one of the greatest posts in there ever from rado907. His hialrious take on "what really happened!"

Oh, im also gonna combine all the match threads into a 2005 SP posters Season review and close it too.

I would probably be able to run that. I'll ask around another couple of Mods and ask how they run theirs as ive never run or taken part in one before.

Hmmm, i've been looking for the official websites of the clubs we have subfourms, for. No problem with AC, Juve and Inter, but Roma wont get me one thats translated into English unlike the other 3 (For some reason they give Chinese the only alternative language).

Can someone gimme a reliable site for Roma information thanks....its my apologies for being, ya know Irish, its in our nature to not learn languages apparently!!!

How about a picture thread? It's a common thread that most teams have in their forums, so it wouldn't hurt.

Yeah, thats another one of the reasons i wanted a Roma website, to get a good supply of photos, but i do intend to do that. I hate the fact i keep intending to do stuff, but that will happen as soon as i can get a good supply of photos. i dont wanna just post old crappy pictures if i dont know anything about them either.

Oh and Pazza, i started an Azzuri thread in the main forum, if that gets busy enough it will become a sub forum, but until then, there's no point. If that keeps getting used and builds up a few quality pages in it then we shall see.

i was thinkin a forum where lots of ppl can put the names of sites that they look at for information for as roma information.

such as goal.com for general information or a site that is good for highlights or something as i and im sure many other ppl would like 2 find out all the information about roma and watch all their games.

I think a lot of these ideas are great but can't be supported because no one supports the forum and sub-forum and stays active in it for longer than 2 seconds. Unfortunately.

what about a wish list for the 2008-2009 season, maybe a sub-thread in the transfer thread that lists all the players that have been linked with us for the summer transfer market, maybe we could somehow list the sources next to there name or something, ex. Huntelarr (1)(2) the "(1)(2)" being links to the sites where we read about the player being linked with us

2- u know that Giallorossi has Many fans in iran (spalletti thanked iranian fans yesterday in a exclusive interview with iranian channel ) and other countries out of italia .
only way that these fans like me can watch LIVE Roma games is using satellites . so i can make a list of channels in various satellites that show AS ROMA matches LIVE . there is so difference between watching live and Downloading Highlights after game .

so if U accept this idea , I Can start my job in name of " ROMA MATCHES ON SATELLITES " thread

Well the suggestion box idea has seemed to really fail, but I gather that's because we don't have as much continuity in this area of SP. I wanted to try and shift things around a little bit to bring in some more interest to the section, or perhaps spawn more consistency in chat (liven things up). So I will un-tag the General thread and tag the mutli-media, as well as make some little tweaks here and there to thread descriptions, etc.

I was thinking of creating a general discussion thread for all squad members, but it seems like that might be pushing it. Suggestions are welcome!
