El técnico Isaac Mizrahi contó casi con plantel completo de cara al inicio del torneo Apertura 2006 del futbol mexicano, por lo que el estratega trabajó con su posible once ideal para la próxima campaña.


Los seleccionados Rafael "Chiquis" García y Gerardo Torrado trabajaron aparte del primer equipo acompañados del mediocampista José Juan Hernández.


El delantero Francisco "Kikín" Fonseca no se reportó a la práctica de este jueves, fecha límite en la que se tenían que presentar los jugadores que participaron en la Copa del Mundo Alemania 2006.


Mientras que Aarón Galindo y Salvador Carmona participaron con normalidad en el entrenamiento y no quisieron dar declaraciones con respecto a su situación de su sanción por dopaje, por lo que están a la espera de la carta de la Federación Mexicana de Futbol para estar habilitados.

MÉXICO (ESPNdeportes.com) -- Por motivos de euros, el defensa José Antonio Castro no saldrá del América por lo menos en los próximos seis meses, debido a que el equipo mexicano no habría estado de acuerdo con la oferta económica que le hizo el Espanyol de Barcelona, de la liga ibérica.
Después de tener una buena actuación en la Selección Mexicana, durante su participación en el Mundial de Alemania 2006, el llamado "Gringo" atrajo la atención de varios clubes europeos.


De acuerdo a informes proporcionados por el del propio zaguero, el Espanyol de Barcelona era el más interesado en contratarle; no obstante, la negociación se vino abajo

"Seguiré con el América", aclaró Castro, minutos antes de tomar el avión con el equipo a Estados Unidos.

AMÉRICA, FLEXIBLE PARA NEGOCIAR
El "Gringo" negó que la directiva del América no hay sido flexible a la hora de sentarse a negociar con el Espanyol o con otro club.

Reconoció que la oferta por su contrato fue baja, de ahí que no se hayan llegado a un buen término las pláticas. "Y preferí quedarme en México".

Dijo que no se siente frustrado por haber perdido la oportunidad de emigrar en este momento, y no descartó hacerlo a principios de 2007.

LOS MEXICANOS NO SE DEBEN REGALAR
José Antonio Castro considera que los futbolistas mexicanos tienen calidad y por lo tanto ya no se pueden regalar en el extranjero, como ocurría en otros tiempos.

"Para nada, para nada. Ni los mexicanos ni nadie se puede regalar. Uno debe saber lo que eres y lo que vales. No veo por qué los clubes de fuera no ofrezcan más dinero".

Enseguida aceptó que gracias al Mundial, su nombre fue mencionado internacionalmente. "La Copa del Mundo es un escaparate para cualquier jugador".

Heres a article about Carlos Vela, remember talking bout it. Its from November 05 but it still says that he has signed with Arsenal and will play for Valencia more likely until he is 18, old enough to get a work permit in England. It says he was 16 at time of article, so he is probably 17 or almost 17 now, so maybe next year in 07 he'll play for Arsenal, lets hope he plays for Valencia at least this year

Chivas said that Bravo's chances of going to Racing were done but they have begun talks again after Racing offered more money. I think he will go now cuz of course its more money and if he goes they will allow him to finish La Copa Libertadores w/ Chivas.
