Currently I have the black Tunits but since I have had them I have been dieing for a pair of leather shoes. The synthetic material on the tunits becomes very slippery with any amount of water and this makes it very hard to put any curl on the ball. I am considering just adding the leather tunit upper to battle my leather deficiency; but I am also considering forking out an extra $50/$60 to go for a whole new shoe - Leather v1.
I like the tunits, but they don't have the best fit ever. I have heard that the v1's are great.

Please tell me if you think I should pay less money for the leather upper or go for a whole new shoe.

i would say get the Puma's.
Reasons-
i like having different boots, not always the same in a different color or anything.

the pumas are k leather vs. the adidas full grain.

a lot of people have tunits, and itd be cool to have the pumas, as i know not as many people own them.

do they cost as much as the normal synthetic uppers? and aren't they the Climawarm boots?

Yes they cost the same, they're $79.99 aswell. And they're the same design as the Climawarm Uppers but the Climawarm are synthetic with mesh stuff around the ankle lining. There is also a normal upper with the same design that isn't leather nor Climawarm.

I'd say go for the leather tunits because from what I know, the Puma V 1.06 don't last very long, and the leather looks like it would stretch and enourmous amount and become loose.

definitly get the v1's

full grain leather is the worst leather out there. Where as the v1's are mad soft. This isnt even a questionable decision. definitly go for the v1's.

I would get either of them, if i was you i would invest in some nomis seem as you complain about the slipperyness of the tunits when wet or maybe some konstructs
