i was training last night in my absolutes and i was wearing red socks, after training i realsied the top of the tounge on my boots had turned pink help!

the only advice i can give is use hot water and soap, oh yeah and dont wear red socks again

it cant be the whole tounge could it? i dont see how that is possible if the tounge was strapped down. by the way hot water and soap. maybe even a bleach pen.

he said just the top of the tounge. im suggestin what they said, just soap it and wash it, not sure about bleach pen

when ever i wear white socks in the rain with any predators the top of my sock always is red from the toungue. dont know about the other way around though, sorry...

i have this all the time with jeans and white shoes. its just sweat or rainwater that makes the colour come out. much like a washing machine- if you put white things in with something red, the white stuff withh turn pink. its quite hard to get out though.
