Did I say 5.8? I meant 6.8

it was advertised on Nike's website that they were the lightest in the world, weighing in at 196 grams, which is 6.8-9'ish.

I voted for MVII's cause it certainly isn't MVIII's and it makes sese to be the II's because they've been refined to make them lighter for the second generation.
I'm guessing though that MV VI will be the lightest. They've got the anti blister-isms sorted..now they just need to make the boot lighter and more refined

what? when you say v1, do u mean vI?
I thought the I's and II's were practically the same weight, with II's being slightly lighter, and the III's were the heaviest, not by far though

I am going to say that the MV i's were the lightest by about the weight of a strand of hair. THe MV 1 and 2's were about the same, but the second vapors had extra padding and were made to be a LITTLE more comfortbale from the first ones, while the effectiveness of the padding can be debated, the fact that they added some weight cannot. So i concur with niterida09, he said what i was thinking. not that the weight diff is anythign that matters between the first two vapors, but im siding with the first one. -B G

I agree because i have had both vapor I's and II's and i am going to get III's but the 1's were the lightest except the Vapor II's were better because they were more comfortable IMO
