To help you the most I suggest going to your local soccer store and asking them what you should get. Be specific on what your needs are, such as, if you want to have ankle protection( which suggest not wanting it doesn't really help and is cumbersome)
So just go to your local soccer supplier and ask one of the employees and
I think they will help you out just fine.

for hs get a durable comfy shoe since its every day and you do a lot of running, I suggest air legends, or Nomis. Shingaurds w/ ankleprotectors because you will get cut up bad, and if not at least you can take em off, better safe than sorry. The total 90 ones do fine. Have plenty of socks and shorts to play daily...
Goodluck mate!

i dont play with ankle guards to, and i play in a relatively high league here! playing with ankle guards has nothing to do with the league you play in!
and i dont get cut in two halfes because we have got referees over here (omg)

evry 1 has refs you fool, jus that in academys the players are stronger, so harder challenges are thrown in and injurys occour easily without correct proection. If you dont want to wear ancle guards then dont but if you want to remain injury free you should
