Alright people

Summers coming up and i need to be at my best for next season so basically i wasj ust wondering if anyone has some tips for training overt he next month or so. AT the minuite i basically go out and play football every day, not training or anything but just having a kickaround with random people. Now it summer i'd like to get down to some serious training and just need some advice.
Things i need to improve are Fitness (definately speed, stamina, strentgh) First Touch, Passing, Shooting, Heading, well basically everything
All i want is to be the best player i can be. I'm prepared to get up at 7am and run for miles but i really just need to know what will help most. I have heard some people say you should work hard one day and rest the next but i lovep laying football and working out ( i know that sounds sad but thats how it is) and i'd find it hard not to play for a whole day. I just need like a plan for a month say. I've not exactly got many resources, it will basically be just me a ball, some weights and a field
I did drone on a bit there but any help will be muchly appreciated

um toghen up ur aerboc base 1st for 6 weeks, so 5 times a week run for 1/2 an hour to 40 minat 80 perrcent of your max heart rate which is 220- your age. Do some anaerobic sprints. Try to got to a gym, that would be better than just weights maybe.

full field sprints will help your stamina has well as speed. running hill will help the power in your sprints as well as endurance.
i suggest as well lifting weights if you have a gym or some weights available.

what i did is run to the hill, and then run up it fast, and do sprints at the top where there is a small slope, then keep running up and jogging down the hill, doing sprints while going uphill, i was trying to 'copy' a match situation where you got to sprint sometimes, and jog at other times.
this really helped. when you get more fit you should aim to do two 45 minute runs(one after the other), this will make you 'match fit' if you do it right. you should go for these runs 3 or 4 times a week for preseason.
and then i also did the normal technical work with my club team and by myself....

On my off season I did mainly agility training like skipping and agility ladder drills. I also did Fartlek about twice a week and weight training 5 times a week(mon-fri, 3 days working on legs 2 days on upperbody). 1 hour of ball training by myself. And I went to the YMCA whenever I could.
