Yeah , I agree, but how in days La Seleccion Colombia gets beat by weak countries like Venezuela, Panama, and we even lost 4-0 against Bolivia during the 2006 Qualifier which is ridiculous. I bet you La Seleccion Colombia from 1994 could start playing agian and they would ouptlay the Colombia U-17 squad.

The stars of the 1962 team included forwards German Aceros and Delio Gamboa, and midfield schemer Marcos Coll. Colombia lost 2-1 to Uruguay and came from 4-1 down to draw 4-4 with the Soviet Union. Their campaign ended with a 5-0 defeat to Yugoslavia.
Colombia was considered to not have any chance agianst the Soviets after a loss against Uruguay. This seemed true as the USSR were up 3-0 by the 12th minute of the first half. A goal by German Aceros left the first half 3-1. In the second half the Soviets got another goal in the 56th minute leaving the Colombians with little time to fight back. However luck was on their side and three goals from Macros Coll, Marino Klinger, Angulo Rada flew past USSR goalkeeper Lev Yashin, arguably the world's best at the time.
