Timho
can you explain me, what you exactly mean?

I think he means the company 'UnderArmor' and if they will make boots. At first I thought he meant a sock or some sort of light boot to wear inside your football cleat.

I can bet anymony they will. They started out with shirts and shorts and compression stuff. then they made soccer kits. And now they have under armour shinpads. They will probably make a killing off lil kids

Yes I agree. One day I looked in a catalogue and there was only compression shorts and shirt for american football. Next month they have a whole new soccer line, they also have some shinpads that are 30 USD and are suppose to be really good. Like stated above they do have american football cleats, so why not come out with soccer ones? I think it will be a faliure like New Balance they made socccer cleats worth 250 USD but didn't sell well. We will just have to see.

i still dont think they will make them. if they do they will probably be a very breathable boot like climacool tunits

It might actually help with blisters... perhaps depending on the material they use.

The UA shinguards are actually just a thick piece of silicon or rubber material (about 3/4" thick) that is not molded. It is very flexible and lays flat when not on your leg. You must use an UA sleeve to keep this shinguard up against your leg. I haven't worn them in a practice or game, but have tried them on at a store. While the concept is a little weird, they seem like they would offer great, lightweight protection.

lightweight my arse they weigh more than the nike vapor guards which are very protective and still not all that light plus they look flimsy
