Hi folks, wonder if any Feyenoord fans are able to help me out with something please?Im from Glasgow Scotland and im a Celtic fan.Celtic have just signed a young guy from Feyenoord by the name of Evander Sno.Ive only seen this guy a couple of times in pre season frindlies for the hoops but I am already predicting that he will go on to become a great player for us.He looks great already but rather than get too excited too soon, I would like to know if any of you have got any information that you could pass on to myself?I would like to get as much information as possible , the more information the better.Celtic signed a player from Feyenoord many years ago named Henrik Larsson, and we all know what he did for us.I can only hope Sno can go on to have even half as good an impact on the Scottish game as Henrik.Im looking to know any history in terms of appearances, goals, and any other information would be greatly appreciated. Please also let me know how you Feyenoord fans rate young Sno and if you think he will become a good signing for Celtic or not.Any help will be much appreciated, thanks.

Hey, welcome to the forum
Since I am both Ajax and Hoops fan, I already posted my opinion in the Celtic subforum. Sno is from the Ajax youth academy, but he had problems with the youth-staff and thought Feyenoord would be a better way to reach the top. I believe this was only his second year at Feyenoord, but he got loaned out to NAC Breda last winter. He had 14 appearances for them. They almost relegated because of a rubbish end of the season. Not that it had anything to do with Sno's performances.. I thought he looked pretty decent, but he's not the class player that Celtic should be looking for. This guy is young and talented, but no way this guy has the CL level that will be required this season. Maybe in future he'll be of any use, but I have my doubts. Sno can't be compared with Larsson.. Larsson was a quality striker, Sno mainly does defensive work on the midfield.
I like the fact that there's Dutch meat in the Celtic dressingroom again, the media always pay a bit more attention when there is a fellow countryman involved. But I do not think it'll be much of a succes
