I like it. The gold and white really goes together well. I like it better than the home jersey as well. I still really don't like the AIG logo looks too plain.

I think that this away shirt is quite nice, reminds me a little of the 2002 away centenary kit. Its actually better to buy the away kit than the home one it looks better and has this cool manutd crest at the inside. Anyway all this doesn't matter we just lost van Nistelrooy and sir Alex has to find replacements I beg him to buy us world class players not Carrick class.... Riquelme class, Riquelme's Villareal are out of Europe so why not try again for him!!!

Nike did a good job on both of this years kit. I like them both and will probably have to buy both of them.

BTW: what happens with that ugly Superman meets Spiderman kit, which was introduced last year? I surely hope it is history

Our new kit looked really good in the match vs Porto. The material just looks fine.

We might not see Utd wearing the new away shirt until the night before it comes out. Utd's first game is Fulham at hoem, so obviously they will wear the red kit. Then on the 23rd of August, Utd have got Charlton away, so will wear either the blue 3rd or the new white away.

They will probably waer the white away as a showcase, to show it off. Then it should be released on the 24th, like alot of people have said, which excactly a month after the home kit release. Just an idea.

b4 i found out that the new shirt would be white, i was really hoping it would be black.

i just love the old black kits.

It says on the site, "available for delivery 31st August". I hope thats not the new release date, because it was supposed to be the 24th. Anyone know for sure?

idk but i love the vodafone jerseys... the AIG doesnt do it for me.. it looks to crisp clean.. sometimes thats bad. Its kinda... plain.. ; \ but the color looks ok.. i mean with black socks, that jersy would look fine =)

yea i agree with V Meshefejian, the vodafone ones were nice ... but this away is beautiful imo !!! gold is one of my favorite colors and theres a great hint of it is this jersey.

It's kind of annoying as the club has previously said it would be launched on the 24th, but It's not a major porblem I suppose, only a week extra to wait.

But United play Charlton away on the 23rd, so you would expect to at least see it in action for the first time on that evening.

Same thing has happened with the Celtic away shirt. Prompted in media and online as available from 24th but it has now been put back to the 31rst of August. Think it has more to do with Nike than Man U.

Fan-tas-ti-co. One of the best kits in the Prem.... i still love the Vodafone logo but it's time to move in, remember kids it was them who deserted us and jumped ship after seeing that we haven't won the league in three seasons.

BF2, when you take the pics, write about the material as well, because seeing the players wear it it looks very comfy and great cooling.

Oh cheers, that pic wasn't there yesterday. I was really hoping it would come out on the 24th because I would love to wear it to footi trainin. I havn't even got the home shirt yet because utd havn't released it in longlseeve at JJB, they really do take the piss.

I am still in school, so I'm currently off because it's the summer holidays and it's nice to have a new Utd shirt and play footi in it with my mates, this year I havn't got any of the new shirts yet and I go back to school in two and half weeks!

Does anybody know how long we are keeping this kit for I hope its not just 1 season like the red one

ive heard both of these kits are just for one year.. hey it might be a good idea to get one or more and save one and sell it in a few years if it becomes hard to find but popular
